Following months of in-house design and computer simulations, Frontier Pitts manufactured the new high security Anti-Terrorist ATTB Series. The ATTB-80 Roadblocker was successfully tested by MIRA (Motor Industry Research Laboratory) independent Crash Laboratories in January 2005, followed by the successful test of the ATRB-80 Hydraulic bollards by TRL (Transport Research Laboratory) Crash Laboratories in October 2005. In all crash tests the equipment was fully functional after impact.
