UK Loss Prevention Manager

Job description: UK Loss Prevention Manager required to be responsible for management of the internal theft program in an environment of high volume retail transactions. Conducting Investigations using data and surveillance, working with outside agencies to bring cases to resolution. Coaching retail management and staff to build LP awareness. Conducting store audits on operational policies and procedures.Developing and executing strategies in conjunction with the Director of LP. Relentlessly pursue improvements to programs by researching innovative trends and providing recommendations to reduce loss of assets. Collaborating with cross functional groups to ensure process and systems compliance with all Corporate standards.Development and assistance with loss prevention education and awareness training for employees. Ideal candidate will have proven ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.. Ability to regularly respond with professionalism to new situations and complex issues in a fast paced environment. Ability to organise and appropriately prioritise multiple tasks, particularly with regard to field investigations Strong organisational and presentation skills necessary so as to effectively communicate with upper level management. Ability to work well with a variety of skill levels across a large number of diverse internal groups, teams, divisions and cultures. Ability to solve complex problems for self and team members. Ability to work independently, as well as in team situations, to help internal and external customers achieve desired results. Ability to be flexible with schedule and travel as appropriate to retail business.Experience in conducting Loss Prevention interview /interrogations (preferred to have Wicklander and Zulawski or similar training). Experience working with Exception Based Reporting. Investigative experience in the public and/or private sector. Extensive Multi site retail loss prevention experience.
